As part of our English work we have been planning how to make and write an information book. We were asked by the Museum of London to make some information books on the great fire of London as they had lost all of theirs! The children are really engaged with their writing and are excited to send their books to the library! Today we used teabags to make our book covers look old-fashioned. We also found out some more information about the great fire and used a dictionary to find definitions for our key words. Our books should be ready by Friday .
